Rentals
The Essence Center makes its facilities available for group rentals. Our gorgeous facilities are ideal for workshops and seminars of all kinds, including educational workshops, movement workshops, creative arts workshops, lectures, seminars and more!
Group Retreats
Your group can retreat at The Essence Center for only $99/person/night, including food and beverage service! If you have a group of 12 or more, this is the most economical way to enjoy our beautiful retreat center.
This special includes 3 simple, but delicious vegetarian meals each day, and plenty of space options to conduct your personal meetings, groups or meditations. Includes use of Sauna and Hot Tub.
TERMS: Minimum 12 people (Maximum 32), double occupancy only. All spacious guest rooms have private baths, balconies, 2 queen-sized beds and cable TV. We cannot reserve specific areas for your meetings or events with this package unless you have or pay for 32 people. Weekends require 2 night minimum (Friday/Saturday nights). Bed linens and a bath towel/wash cloth included. Please bring extra towels if you plan to use the sauna/hot-tub, as well as a bathing suit. We do not include in-room housekeeping services.
Daytime Rentals
You may have a group that you would like to bring for the day for a special retreat or meeting. We are delighted to offer the following options for your day-only group:
Weekday Days (Monday through Thursday), 9AM-5PM: $49/person (minimum 12). Includes light vegetarian lunch.
Weekends (Friday through Sunday), 9AM-5PM: $59/person (minimum 12). Includes light vegetarian lunch.
Weekday Evenings (Monday through Thursday, 6PM-10PM: $29/person (minimum 12). Includes Hot Tea Service.
Weekend Evenings (Friday through Sunday), 6PM-10PM: $39/person (minimum 12). Includes Hot Tea Service.
Food & Beverage Services
If you have special cuisine requirements, our gourmet chefs can prepare any types of meals for your group. You may choose the following cuisine type: gourmet with red meat, chicken or seafood (select one), all, vegetarian or all vegan.
We cannot provide special meals for individuals with special food preferences or needs. But all our cuisine is prepared beautifully, using fresh ingredients, very low fat, low or no dairy and only natural sweeteners (no refined sugar).
Please let us know if you would like to have special cuisine prepared for your group and we will provide you with a per/person quote.
Note: We do not permit food service to be provided by groups or outside caterers.
Full Service Retreats & Events
We are happy to provide a full-service experience for you and your group. If you desire the best in gourmet cuisine, full housekeeping services, event set-ups, etc., please let us know all the details and we will provide you with quote. We can accommodate up to 1000 people on our property for special events.

Terms
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS: Rental agreement will be provided and required to secure your dates, along with a 50% deposit for rental space and food and beverage service. Food and beverage deposit is based on our required minimum of 12 people. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. No exceptions will be made.
An additional 25% of the total is due 14 days prior to the start of your rental. We require a current guest and rooming list at this time to determine this payment. Failure to make this deposit will void your rental agreement, and you will loose your reservation and deposit.
A final guest and rooming list is due 3 days prior to the start of your rental date. You may add onto these numbers if you have a few last-minute sign-ups when you check-in, but you cannot subtract from it.
Your balance will be calculated based on your final check-in numbers and is due upon check in. You will be charged full rates for anyone who arrives late, or leaves early. We will not provide partial credits for individuals who do not participate in your entire reserved rental.
CLEANING/DAMAGE DEPOSIT: An additional cleaning/damage deposit of $500 is due upon arrival, and will be returned within 7 days after your event, provided the space is left clean and undamaged.
