The nearest airport is Asheville Regional (AVL), which is about 25 minutes from us. If you are coming for our 28-day program, we will make arrangements to pick you up from the airport. Please contact us prior to making your airline reservations to make these arrangements with us.
From Points East:
Take I-40 to I-240 West into the downtown area of Asheville, North Carolina. Proceed to take Highway I-26 West (19-23 North) toward Weaverville. Travel 10 miles, take the Flat Creek Exit, and turn left at the stoplight. Cross over 19-23 and take the first right onto Murphy Hill Road. Go approximately one mile and turn right onto Upper Flat Creek Road. Go approximately 2 miles (you will cross over the interstate again) and veer left to continue on Upper Flat Creek Road (there is another sign here - the road becomes gravel at this point). Follow along the fence for approximately 200 yards.
From Points West:

Travel North of Weaverville and exit at the Flat Creek Exit (10 miles from I-240), and turn left at the stoplight. Cross over 19-23 and take the first right onto Murphy Hill Road. Go approximately one mile and turn right onto Upper Flat Creek Road. Go approximately 2 miles (you will cross over the interstate again) and veer left to continue on Upper Flat Creek Road (there is another sign here - the road becomes gravel at this point). From Points North:
Take I-26 East (19-23 South) and take Exit 17. Turn right at the stop sign. Take the first right onto Murphy Hill Road. Go approximately one mile and turn right onto Upper Flat Creek Road. Go approximately 2 miles and veer left to continue on Upper Flat Creek Road (there is another sign here - the road becomes gravel at this point). Follow along the fence for approximately 200 yards.
Turn left at the sign and follow up the driveway. Essence is on the right, parking is on the left.
